A clear improvement from Q3 2013! There is still a little disconnect between brands and customers when it comes to which platform to use, though.With that said, I'm happy to see that companies are starting to respond to customers' queries. We'll probably see a lot of changes in the next few months -- and less terrible mistakes hopefully.
