Last year's changes to the edgerank algorithm governing fb news feed policy had a huge impact on "free" advertising for SMB that used fb to reach a broad audience.
Now the rules are "Pay to Play" - the same as google, linkedin, and others.
Learn and choose well before spending your advertising budget.

They are human beings. I think we met many of them in many circles, already at school and colleges... and in real life. I know many of them in hospitals, universities, research, politics... Usually, nobody tells them they are jerks, because it is paradoxically often associated with power!
