Needs analysis in curriculum design as a process of uncovering the multiple stories and perspectives of students, teachers, parents, administrators, future employers, community members and other stakeholders.

 

Needs analysis in curriculum design as a process of first getting others to open up and tell you their story, followed by a period of synthesizing these multiple perspectives into a coherent, complex, multi-faceted story of a learning ecosystem as a vibrant, diverse and dynamic context.
