Startups That Are Successful Even Before They Are Started

That is the reason why they became startups, right?

So the big "issue", I believe is how to keep them growing into full featured companies. That is the major challenge. Which only you (the idea generator) with all the acquired know-how on the solution for that specific problem... can come up with. And get some help. Don't be a loner ;)

As is happiness. It is not only a mean, it is a way of life. Do not focus on the end, the final frontier.

Focus on the path, and how to make it better.

Remember that if any idea gets stolen, at the very least it revealed to be of value for someone already.

In a much better and I believe likely scenario, it gets developed because there is constructive interaction around it.

If you put it in the drawer... it dies. That is where it will stay. Without the world knowing about it.

Which do you think its best?

You Think Innovation Is Hard. Business Transformation Is A Hundred Times More Difficult. And In Fact It IsThe Number One Barrier For Strategic Innovation | Innovatus | Scoop.it

People think innovation is almost just about new ideas. Funny how many think Blue Ocean Strategy is a big wake-up call when all it does is communicating the very the basic and simple idea of strategic innovation – how not to compete with your competitors in the same game and instead create a new game.

Brainstorming and innovation by asking why and what if

Brainstorming and innovation by asking why and what if | Innovatus | Scoop.it

Nobody is born already knowledgeable of everything.

Knowledge needs to grow, so does creativity. It gets impossible to evolve if you only do the same thing in the very same manner and get dependent on the very same people.

This is half way to doom and to live under command and control.

And I bet what you want is to belong somewhere, but be recognized for your capabilities and able to question things in order to improve them, make your own contribution. Correct?

So take a look at the article, that is what it's all about.

Increase creativity, problem solving and innovation | Effective Leadership Skills Blog

"Notice patterns and apply that to decision making and innovation to brainstorm and increase creativity to create new products and services.Benefit from change."

Sometime ago I posted an article about this already. It even mentioned copying stuff. You don't need to come up with something entirely new, but if you identify something you like, give it your own contribution, you are making that something evolve.

The same happens if you stay aware of patterns as described in this one. Patterns can point the way to find solutions for similar ones. Get creative! ;)

The Value of Data Visualization

Visualization is key.

Your knowledge is only as powerful and important as your ability to share it. And to be effective, you have to know how to capture your audiences's attention.

This video reminded me something very important today. Re-taught me, to tell you the truth. I always believed in the power of usability, visualization and aesthetics as means of communication.

You have doubts? Take a look. You can visualize how truthful my words are :)
