This guy is right about creating a high-quality video, but that's obvious. You wouldn't send out a second-rate resume, either. The differentiation factor of having a QR code on your resume leading to a wonderful video of you sets you apart instantly. And then, as the author says, the hiring manager can judge for "fit" as well as for "skills" and you're way ahead of the pack! So, yes, quality. And, no, do NOT skip the video resume!
