Conflict of interest? Maybe.Good news for CleanTech companies? Probably. ARPA E grants can help these companies piece together the funding to get to the next phase without even more dilution. If the VCs are happy with the terms, so much the better for the founders who now have a longer runway. Trying to figure out the downside.

I dont yet consider myself such an expert to determine whether or not these intertational guidelines are solid, but it seems that standardization of international valuation can only be a good thing for investors and entrepreneurs.
