Jon McGee, vice president of planning and public affairs at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University (Minnesota) offers his take in a new whitepaper released by The Lawlor Group, “Disruptive Adaptation: The New Market for Higher Education.” He designed a “decision cube” as a contextual tool for colleges to use in addressing market, management, and learning adaptation, since an institution has to adapt on multiple levels in order to accommodate disruptions in the marketplace.
