Interessante... anche se è esattamente il contrario di quello che dice Jim Collins nel suo "Good to great": mettere le persone migliori nelle occasioni migliori porta il massimo rendimento all'azienda e questo è l'obiettivo principale (almeno secondo le sue dimostrazioni).
Non è detto che risolvere problemi, seppur annosi, porti lo stesso vantaggio per l'azienda.
