This is a good diagram to represent a bacis network. The Main components are a Router, to connect to the internet, a Server, to provide services required on a network, a switch, to connect all the machines, and the workstations, for the employees to work on. The printer isn't a necessity in my network, but, in an office, they do come in handy.
