Inevitable cloud evolution, device profileration and personalisation in different forms. Hybrid & personal clouds, move to services and IT brokerage will impact IT organisations, especially in mid-size organisations where ITSM is limited, largely network-centric and where project & contract management, procurement and service integration and administration become far more important.

We hope, but must not underestimate the structural resistance of regulation, the conservatism of parents whose frame of reference is their own schooling decades before, and teachers who may not have any other frame of reference, logistical challenges and a long cycle of 13 years' schooling, which cannot be disrupted without negative consequence, for a number of years, which also poses political risk.
