Point2 Technologies, a division of Yardi, is moving forward with an initiative started at the end of 2012, referred to as Contract Alignment. Point2 is clarifying all aspects of its data contracts with both MLSs and destination sites such as Zillow, Trulia, and the rest.

Jobless claims fell this past week as economists pointed to signs of a strengthening job market.  A total of 322,000 claims were filed, down from 342,000 applications a week earlier. 

 

Econoday added, "Strength in the labor market would explain ongoing signs of strength in other economic data, especially yesterday's retail sales report. Today's report is a major positive for today's session."

The original 1920s bronze chandeliers are back in the south lobby of the landmark Wrigley Building on Michigan Avenue.

 

The chandeliers, which had been missing for decades, are part of the $70 million revamp the iconic terra cotta skyscraper is undergoing at the behest of its new owners, an investor group headed by Chicago-based BDT Capital Partners. The year-long project will wrap up this summer.
