A facelift for the Wrigley Building

The original 1920s bronze chandeliers are back in the south lobby of the landmark Wrigley Building on Michigan Avenue.

 

The chandeliers, which had been missing for decades, are part of the $70 million revamp the iconic terra cotta skyscraper is undergoing at the behest of its new owners, an investor group headed by Chicago-based BDT Capital Partners. The year-long project will wrap up this summer.

I would also think that they could turn around and sue the Broker since it is his/her listing, AND maybe the MLS like they did in Portland years ago.
