GAAP net earnings from continuing operations were $7.9 million compared to a loss of $24.6 million in the prior year quarter. The results for the second quarter of 2015 include $15.7 million of costs primarily associated with Black Knight's initial public offering, the refinancing and a charge resulting from the vesting of certain equity-based awards in connection with the initial public offering.
