Russ Bergeron, president and CEO of one of the largest multiple listing services in the nation, is fed up. There seems to be a "constant barrage" of MLSs announcing they will "take control" of listing syndication by restricting the distribution of listing content in some way and making decisions on behalf of their brokers, even if those decisions aren't kosher with the brokers themselves, Bergeron said in a press release.
