7. originally at almost $1,900 it can be reduced to only $1,700 but depending on how long this appliance is used it can make up the difference by using less energy than an electric or gas stove.

1. The cooktop is run through 2 different elements a pan that contains some iron and the electromagnet in the actual cooktop.

2. The cooktop is fast in the video it takes 30 seconds to boil water. On a normal cooktop it takes like 5 minutes for water to boil. It is much more efficient than any wood, gas, or electric stove.

10. The pan cooks faster because of the magnetic field in the cooktop makes the cookware hot.

6. The cooktop has less wasted heat produced around the pot or pan. It is useful to use the induction cooktop when food is very expensive and sensitive to cooking temperatures.

9. Their will be less grease fires and the product is much easier to clean than a traditional cooktop. It does not glow red usually unless you buy a top of the line induction cooktop, but all of the stoves come with a light to tell you the surface is hot. It also is only about as loud as a clock ticking making it a very quiet apparatus.
