Create Custom Ebook Encyclopaedias From Wikipedia

Create Custom Ebook Encyclopaedias From Wikipedia | Inclusive Learning Technologies | Scoop.it

It's not a difficult process: click the "Create a book" link located in Wikipedia's left sidebar, collate the articles you want to include (you can include complete categories, which makes great sense), and then export it as a PDF or EPUB file. There's a little video tutorial you can watch if you need more help but don't worry: it's really easy.

Mobile phones to aid literacy learning in Victoria | Adult Learning Australia

Mobile phones to aid literacy learning in Victoria | Adult Learning Australia | Inclusive Learning Technologies | Scoop.it

A sustainable model for using mobile devices to assist with analysing learners' literacy and numeracy skills will be developed in a pilot program. The project will develop, trial and evaluate an e-learning mobile solution to test literacy and numeracy capabilities of disadvantaged young people in Victoria’s Latrobe Valley. When poor literacy and numeracy skills are combined with youth experiencing intellectual disabilities or mental health issues, or where they come from dysfunctional families, the chance of them remaining in formal education is greatly diminished.

Ways to Evaluate Educational Apps

Ways to Evaluate Educational Apps | Inclusive Learning Technologies | Scoop.it
