I suspect that every teacher has seen major change over the last few years. This post provides a look at changes that have happened, or are in the process. The first seven provide the change and a look at the old, the new, the difference and a short summary. One example from the post is quoted below.

New policy on Inclusive Education published for public comment - Department of Basic Education | Inclusive Education | Scoop.it

Call for public comments on the draft policy on Screening, Identification, Assessment and Support, 2014. Written submissions must be sent to the Department of Basic Education by 2 May 2014.

Marie Schoeman's insight:

This policy aims at overhauling the way in which children are assessed for additional support. The main aim is to ensure that all children receive support in their local neighbourhood schools.
