Hawaii's first woman governor has been appointed the Chief Operating Officer in the Illinois governor's administration.  Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner called the former Hawaii Governor "a superstar governor" who will help him bring about "the largest turnaround in America today."  Although that statement may be a bit overblown, there's no denying that Ms. Lingle made her mark in Hawaii, both in a positive and negative way.  I wish her success in the years ahead.  Aloha, Russ.
