I'm skeptical of a lot of "educational" claims when it comes to apps/games, but this list is pretty good. Seems fairly focused on kids stuff for the most part. Delete the scoop?

For authors who want to use their own home equipment to narrate an audio version of their own books, or if you want to record your kids reading their favorite stories for posterity, you can do it with a microphone, and iPad and GarageBand. Via John Evans

This site demonstrates a few app that can help students be creative and engaged in their learning through creating posters, vidoes, recording, and sharing. Great for primary school students who will be studying technology in the Australian curriculum.
