Omvendt undervisning («Flipped Classroom») er et konsept som tar den pedagogiske verden med storm. Kort beskrevet, betyr det at elevene gjør lekesene før timen slik at tiden i klasserommet er dedikert til diskusjoner og ulike aktiviteter som vil hjelpe studenter med å oppnå bedre resultater. Et omvendt klasserom er bra for å skape et samarbeids- og læringsmiljø der lærerne kan vie mer tid til hver enkelt elev.

"What it is: Dragon Box has got to be the most brilliant game for teaching a new concept I have seen in a LONG time.  I am SO impressed with this app, I can’t say enough about it!  This is a math game that teaches algebra without you really realizing that it is a math game teaching you algebra.  It feels more like a logic card game than anything else."

Great TED talk regarding education.  Some the key points I liked:

- Teaching is a creative profession.

- Educaitonn is about learning.

- Role of the teacher is to facilitate learning.

- Education is not a mechanized industrial system, but a human system.

- Role of Education Leaders is not command and control, but creating an institutional culture of possibility.
