A useful infographic that not only summarises the attributes of a critical thinker but more significantly, provides a 25 point list of actions teachers can invite students to do in learning activities, to stimulate and develop critical thinking abilities. A great poster for your office wall!

Blended learning is a great way to deliver the curriculum to students. It's also an effective way to deliver meaningful PD to teachers. Hours at a workshop reviewing basic material can be a huge waste of time, not to mention disengaging. Blended learning allows for a lot of flexibility. Delete the scoop?

All learning technologies have a place, but "technology' - in the form of a solution, support and application device or system "decays" over time. It goes from technology to facility.....and falls from the innovation spot that breaks it into use. That said, drawing with a stick in mud, once a real innovation to led to early man being able to convey and communicate is still relevant in some situations. Mind you, saying that, I have to refrain from pointing these things out in case the current Education Secretary here in england decides to add it to the curriculum ;-)
