According to the article, poverty is the main reason why teens and children fall into the hands of the streets. Leading them into a path of failure. The researchers say societies often stereotype homeless youths as juvenile delinquents but, according to studies only 10 percent of homless youth is related to delinquancy..he article shows how poverty can have a big influence on someones life as they are growing up and can eventually lead to their downfall. "We need to focus on having an appropriate safety net for kids who do fall through the cracks because of poverty" (Auerswald).
This article is creditable because Quality control is evident and the authors credentials are avalible. The site is accurate because it is update frequantly and provides dates and times the articles were posted. The site is reasonable because it contains no conflict of intrest. The site is supporting because at the bottom of the article it gives us its source of where it got their information and also the statistics inbedded in the article are cited back to the researcher who found out that information.

Youth shouldn't be blamed about poverty, because they as well are victims of how incompetent the system is and how their family is inable to give them their basic necessities.
