Hier is ook in Nederland nog een wereld te winnen. Als de politiek zich nu eens wat minder hijgerig met onderwijs bezig zou houden en (goedopgeleide) docenten hun werk zou laten doen.

Lisa Marie Blaschke's curator insight, January 22, 4:22 AM

Scientists: Social Media Is Not Necessarily a Waste of Time

Scientists: Social Media Is Not Necessarily a Waste of Time | iEduc | Scoop.it

Curation is Next Big Thing still 2011 around the social web and social media curation tools are the gateway through semantic web 3.0 in #education20 . Einztein was founded by a team of lifelong learners who believe in a world where learning is a function of desire rather than privilege. They started Einztein because  recognized the need for curators to play a central role in identifying and sorting through high quality online educational resources.
Einztein brings the power of social networking to higher education and lifelong learners by enabling anyone to create an online learning community for resource sharing, collaboration and discussion. Teachers can easily turn courses into social learning experiences. Students can form online study groups to research and learn together. Institutions can engage learners around their educational content. Today, Einztein is a full-time project aimed at making it easier to engage socially around learning.
