Amazing and creative way to bring digital tools into the classroom. Students are allowed to grab their digital camera at anytime to record what they are doing in class. This not only supports review, but it allows the kids to express themselves which is very important.

I love this link! It was created by an elementary school teacher who wanted his students to stay active during the break. There are so many different acitivies to choose from, and what I like best is that it gets the parents involved! Nothing is too time consuming or advanced, making it the perfect winter break project(s).
