The 198x Vietnamese generation (in their early 30s now) grew up with Tsubasa, Teppi, Dragon Balls, Doraemon, TKKG. Mostly about friendship &  hardworking spirit than super hero.

Listening skills, especially if they are well developed, form an impotant link in the communications arsenal of all successful business owners.


Being seen as a connected listener, opens the channels up for more effective inter-personal communication, leading to greater clarity around expectations and  higher levels of understanding of individual needs.
