Bien qu'elle ne le traduise pas, je comparerais volontiers l'expression "culture numérique" à l'anglais "media literacy". S'il est vrai qu'en France le terme "médias" seul, est  (était ?) de prime abord  associé aux médias de l'information, au départ le "media" latin signifie "moyens" : QUELS QU'ILS SOIENT donc, ici, dans le(s) domaine(s) numérique(s) -où l'on constate que ces moyens ne sont pas seulement outils, vecteurs, instruments... mais aussi des finalités devenues enjeux économiques et politiques.

Ceci ne pouvant se trouver sans rapport aucun avec cela ^_^

Des liens vers des dizaines d'outils pour vérifier une information sur Internet, et plus particulièrement sur les médias sociaux.

Ne pas oublier toutefois que la vérification de l'information est davantage un problème méthodologique que ne saurait complètement résoudre l'accumulation d'outils.

Une application de création de cartes mentales en ligne gratuite et Open Source qui permet de travailler de façon collaborative.

Cette solution est à comparer avec Mind42, déjà présenté ici :

Contrairement à Mind42, cette solution étant libre, elle n'affiche pas de publicités, mais les possibilités d'insertion sont moins élaborées, on ne peut pas insérer d'images, ni depuis son ordinateur, ni depuis une URL. Il est possible d'insérer un lien hypertexte.

La partie collaborative est présente (invitation par adresse mail avec doit de lecture ou de modifications), mais elle est moins performante que sur Mind42 puisqu'elle ne permet pas de travailler à plusieurs de façon simultanée, en temps réel. On peut travailler à plusieurs, mais forcément l'un après l'autre.

Plusieurs possibilités d'exportation dont une qui donne d'excellents résultats vers le format .mm pour Freemind et FreePlane.

C'est une très bonne solution, qui permet la création de cartes plus "abouties" esthétiquement que sur Mind42.
