The British Truphone eliminates peppered roaming charges. With their new SIM card, you can call abroad at local rates and surfing.
Truphone developed a SIM card that can assume multiple identities (multi-IMSI, International Mobile Subscriber Identity), so that foreign networks think you're a local caller or user data.
