In prima analisi, siamo partiti dal progettare l'Information Architecture. L'IA è spesso sottovalutata, ma riveste un ruolo fondamentale, specie in progetti un po' complessi, perché consente poi di lavorare meglio a tutti i livelli, anche in chiave di release successive. In seguito, abbiamo ragionato sulla UX (User Experience) che volevamo dare all'app, grazie agli use case che l'IA ci ha consentito di definire facilmente.
