The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) has vowed to monitor the plight of the Rohingyas, reports Radio Free Asia.

The Asean head raised the issue with the top diplomats of Bangladesh and Myanmar on Friday, reports RFA, a non-profit corporation that broadcasts news and information in nine Asian languages.
