Esta semana he añadido a mis Favoritos de mi Scoop.it “Aprendizaje” diez artículos.

 

En dos de ellos aparecen dos mujeres, Tíscar Lara y Laura Rosillo, explicando y compartiendo su conocimiento en vídeo. Tíscar en un Webinar sobre la utilización de las TIC en Educación y Laura hablando sobre los “Golden Workers” o el empoderamiento del talento Senior.

 

Steve Wheeler nos da algunas claves en uno de sus magníficos artículos sobre cómo educar a los niños en el siglo 21. Beatriz Montesinos se detiene en una de esas claves: la curiosidad. Y Camino López reflexiona sobre qué debemos enseñarles.

José Luis Coronado en INED21 escribió sobre el Diálogo, Pensamiento y Colaboración en Red.

 

Y el resto de artículos de Harold Jarche, Charles Jennings, Ryan Tracey y Sahana Chattopadhyay (2) tratan sobre el aprendizaje en el lugar de trabajo. Un nuevo modelo que ocurre a la vez que trabajamos y nos comunicamos para aprender: narración del trabajo, aprendizaje experiencial y social… Y también mucha reflexión sobre el rol que deben asumir los departamentos de Aprendizaje y Desarrollo para facilitar e impulsar el aprendizaje.

The best way to get a new job is to apply for lots of jobs, and not to get emotionally attached to any of the opportunities. Plant a few seeds every day. Some of them will grow. Some will wither. You only care about the ones that bear fruit!

That doesn't mean mindlessly lobbing applications and resumes into automated recruiting portals. That's a waste of time. The best way to apply for a job is to zero in on the employer and beyond that, on the specific hiring manager who's getting ready to hire someone.
