Ils font partie de cette grande équipe d'entrepreneurs du XXIème siècle. Ceux qui détiennent l'avenir du travail entre leurs mains car ils ont compris, avant tout le monde, les limites d'un système sur le déclin. Parmi eux, Christophe Mistou fait figure de véritable symbole. Conscient de la nécessité d'un changement de mentalité, il a pris les devants en vantant les mérites de l'Holacracy au sein d'une très grande entreprise de 13 000 personnes qui n'est autre que Castorama...

Leadership at this high level lifts the entire organization and creates an environment that benefits everyone in it, contributing to their success. Level 5 leaders often possess an influence that transcends the organization and the industry the leader works in.

Passer du management moderne au management post-moderne : l'article propose de voir les ruptures entre moderne et post-moderne comme des failles dans lesquelles nous pouvons entrevoir des solutions de transition entre un type de management et l'autre.

 

Un point de vue intéressant, qui mérite cependant que l'on (re)questionne les critères choisis dans cet article pour définir le moderne et le post-moderne.
