From my understanding, it's really important to understand the leadership as the ability to transform lifes, and places (neighbourhoods, cities, countries), instead the classical approach of leader "as the person WITH the power". If one person is looking only for power and ambition, instead of taking decisions that could change the environment, then it's not a leader.
