We segment talent into three distinct categories at Pinstripe & Ochre House: Talented Many, Skilled Few and Expert One in recognition that the challenge in acquiring and engaging different kinds of talent is linked to the scarcity or demand in the market - or simply the effort, strategy and investment needed for different segments of talent. It takes less effort, sophistication and cost to fill some roles than others.
