Organizations Transformation: From a Hierarchy of Positions to a Network of Talents | Management Innovation eXchange

Organizations Transformation: From a Hierarchy of Positions to a Network of Talents | Management Innovation eXchange | HR & Innovation | Scoop.it

Does your employee assessment process force you to produce a bell curve with roughly 10% high performers and 10% poor performers, with everyone else falling in the middle?

The problem with organizations that have only adopted the bell curve — and not the rest of the integrated process — is that they end up forcing differentiation by the numbers. Managers start with the formula instead of performance

How multinationals can attract the talent they need - Worlwide overview | McKinsey | HR & Innovation | Scoop.it

One leading bank reports paying top people in Brazil, China, and India almost double what it pays their peers in the United Kingdom.
