Sleep is very important. Our cells reproduce and repair when our body is resting. Regular sleep timings and hours are important for our body to function well. 

“Many people think that sleep is something you can sacrifice if you have work to do, a game to watch, etc.,” Lo said. “Insufficient sleep is so common that CDC [U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention] has announced this as a public-health epidemic.”

We should have regular sleeping timing/hours in order to stay healthy!
