Christine Messier's insight:

It will probably surprise you that gaining control is not difficult and involves consuming products that are tasty, mood enhancers and very healthy for your entire body.   You will also find out that you do not have to spend hours a day at the fitness center and wear yourself out.  Most diets that I am aware of involve reducing calorie intake, avoiding certain foods and increasing exercise.  I understand that many people have had success with these diets but in time did not succeed in maintaining their weight and were back where they started.  This type of yo-yo dieting is very common.

If you wish to finally achieve success you will have to find a quiet place and talk to your self about becoming the new you.  Set a goal you wish to accomplish and a reasonable time frame to make it happen.  Then write down your goal and the expected date of completion. In doing so pledge to yourself that nothing will intervene in the quest to reach your goal.  Put the paper with your pledge where you will be able to see it in plain view and read it aloud at least once every day.

Make this commitment to yourself.  Now, each day, with each meal, make a shift in the types of food you eat.  Seek out foods that are low in sugars, high in antioxidants and that you really enjoy eating – this last part is key!

If you are not someone who enjoys preparing meals and has a busy life where an easy and quick option is your best weapon for weight loss and mood enhancers, I have a solution for you.  Try the High-Antioxidant Meal Replacement shake for two weeks and see what happens.  It is a rich, dark, satisfying shake that is easy to mix with water, milk – cow, soy, almond, etc.  You can find more information and the nutritional label here.
