This is so relevant! I have seen first hand the dent third-parties can make in a profit margin. It has been said that OTAs are a necessary evil. Although I do not agree wholeheartedly, it is my hope that as an industry we will continue to pioneer ways to compete competitively and cost effectively via the internet.
