I don't know much about FedEX and their policies, but I from reading this issue between them and Mr. Gray I believe it is unfair for them to do that him as well as others in the same situation. It's like Mr. Gray was running his own business he had to buy everything he needed to work which the company should have provided. I'm glad he won the case because he was treated unfairly for his hard work.
