We will have to stop to micro-manage the day we finally do our job as upper management: have a mission and share a vision that are bigger than yourselves, «strategize» to achieve the outcomes resulting from these, inspire, engage and lead the way accordingly....because this work, our real job and our duty, will take all our time. I wish for us all that 2016 be the year we find our higher purpose, the fortitude to be strategic and be the leaders our organizations and this world so badly need. May the force be with you. May the force be with all of us.
