Wow I love watermelon and had no idea that it had so many beneficial qualities. The only negative I see is its high sugar content, but eaten in moderation, it's a winner. The article also suggests making a juice out of the rind and lime. Haven't tried that yet.

If a food contains corn, soy, canola or sugar beets, and are sourced in the US, it has a 70-80% chance of containing genetically altered ingredients. Most processed food, many canned and frozen foods contain these ingredients.
