This is very informative, and reminds me that I don't get enough calcium in my diet daily. With my small bones, I am at risk for osteoporosis, although my heavy gait might help prevent it.

Wow I love watermelon and had no idea that it had so many beneficial qualities. The only negative I see is its high sugar content, but eaten in moderation, it's a winner. The article also suggests making a juice out of the rind and lime. Haven't tried that yet.
