These are everyday herbs and spices we all use. I use a lot of curry which contains cardamon and turmeric. It's good mixed in even with raw kale and a balsamic oil mixture. Like the suggestion to use onion powder, nutritional yeast and smashed avocado in kale salad.

They mapped the brain function of Tibetan lamas trained in concentration and mental control and found higher levels of gamma brain waves and thicker brain cortexes (the areas associated with higher brain function) in meditators.
