"The claw mechanism is 3d printed from a design on thingiverse, and Arduino controllers are used to manoeuvre the robot and servo motors. Data is sent from a Chronos watch whose buttons and built-in accelerometers tell the little critter what to do. Kind of."

Robot Survival Game was planned by Tanaka-san and Bishii-san. Mobile, not only multi-legged robot or biped robot but also mobile with wheel or caterpillar, which equipped with toy gun, hit sensor and camera system, can join to play survival game. The 1st Robot Survival Game took place at Akihabara, Tokyo on July 19, 2010 and the game takes place every 2 months. Tanaka-san also planned several kind of survival game, such as Extermination Battle, Flag Battle and Fortress Battle.

I created this Instructable for the absolute n00by robot wannabe. I have noticed a huge jump in the number of beginners getting into the hobby and the number of "how do I" questions seem to be mounting. I bought this awesome RGB LED matrix panel from Adafruit and really wanted to see if I could make it display video from an Android phone. It was somewhat difficult, but by using my Android phone, the OpenCV computer vision library for Android, a Sparkfun IOIO board, and an Arduino, I got it working.
