The extraordinary measure was announced by Atos, which employs almost 80,000 people over 42 countries including Britain.
Instead they want people to spend more time talking to each other – either on the phone or in person – and to use tightly controlled ‘real time’ messaging interfaces.
What do you think? Are you in one of "those" organizations where you are buried in e-mail? I consider myself one of the lucky few, but I have worked at organizations where e-mail dominated the day.

Interesting workplace dynamic. Seems as if we have come full circle. Technology must be implemented wisely to aid in efficiency, instead of detracting from it.
