It doesn't surprise me that the most are in the Mexico and Arizona region because of the border region. This really shows where we should increase the boarder control.

I think it's crazy how so many people are caught trying to enter the US illegally each year. It's interesting how the number decreased for a few years but has increased the last two years.
Joe Blauw's comment, October 2, 2013 12:54 PM
I believe in personal responsibility, limited government, free markets, individual liberty, traditional American values and a strong national defense. Believe the role of government should be to provide people the freedom necessary to pursue their own goals legally but possible.

The immigrants in Tuscaloosa Alabama are leaving because of a new law that makes it ileagal to hire people who are there ileagaly. The Alabama law states the any police man can arrest anyone suspected to be a ilegal immigrant. This is the second time this year where a rapid decrease in ilegal immigrants have left Tuscoloosa. The first is after the tornado that hit Tuscoloosa.

Parker Cruz Van Zante's comment, October 4, 2013 11:49 AM
Yes very true colton, this article is about a tornado in Tuscaloosa they passed a law saying they cant hire latinos aka hispanics. I think that they should hire Latinos because they are important. With the increasing population we will see how it will effect the future. Also it is happening in Canada so they could go through the same thing.

I think this a good article that can show how immigration can affect the US. They can change our culture and bring new belief to us as well. I think they can also get rid of some cultures if they populate a city or area.
Robert Sales's curator insight, October 1, 2013 11:14 PM

I think this article just goes to show that Hispanics are everwhere. In the map above people focus in on the red or most populated area with Hispanics. This proves/show that Hispanics are and can be parts of the American culture and lifestye. This also shows that not all Hispanic imagrints come from Mexico into the U.S to Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California. Ture they are more dense population of Hispanics there but they are everywhere

ben uitermarkt's curator insight, October 3, 2013 7:07 PM

This article Is very interesting. It talks about how the picture you see is by a famous artist in miami. She made this and it was all they talked about it. But now it is just another painting on the walls like graffiti.
