Nothing mentioned in this article concerning doing a Risk Analysis or Assessment at all.  Like many consultants, they concentrate on the other rules and assume others are handling the Security Rule.  

 

The number one thing OCR reported missing in the audits of small providers (aka Medical Practices) is the lack of complete Risk Analysis.  The number one item to perform according to the Security Rule.  http://bit.ly/14QbFUd
