A new site, which will launch in early April 2012, will feature these new TED-Ed Originals as well as some powerful new learning tools.

I think this is still the best introduction to the process of creating and publishing video--KYou Tube Video Editor, that is. You can learn to shoot, upload, edit, mashup, edit some more and publish. It is the classic programmers 'fast prototype'. Make stuff, make it fast, make mistakes, make it right. You cannot beat the feeling of learning satisfaction with this tool.
