At different times I've used all of these strategies!  Right now my focus is on exercise and diet (or it will be as soon as I'm out of Indonesia!), visualisation (or meditation for me) and I'm going to pick up on the 'get up one hour earlier' idea again... this is tough for me but the benefits are enormous... I wonder what you will do after you read this?  Best success to you!
