Le CSEFRS souhaite l’élaboration d’un nouveau texte plus cohérent.

 

Le Conseil supérieur de l'éducation, de la formation et de la recherche scientifique (CSEFRS) a émis son avis sur le projet de loi modifiant et complétant la loi 01-00 relative à l'enseignement supérieur, soulignant que le recours à la méthodologie de modifier et compléter ce texte en vigueur n'est pas compatible avec l'ambition de réaliser une révision globale, de lever la confusion et de rendre explicite son contenu.
Le nouvel avis du conseil souligne que la qualité de formulation de ce projet de loi et le manque de conformité à la terminologie juridique font que plusieurs dispositions du texte perdent leur dimension normative et donnent l'impression que le projet se trouve encore au stade de la préparation, indique un communiqué du CSEFRS transmis à la MAP.
