Le 12 novembre 2012, l'université technique de Delft (TU Delft) a ouvert un nouveau centre de recherche en Chine, en collaboration avec l'université de Wuhan, dans les domaines de l'information géographique, la géodésie et la télédétection. Après avoir connu un grand succès avec un centre de recherche sur l'éclairage LED à Beijing l'année dernière, ce nouveau centre de recherche est le premier d'une coopération internationale plus large. The Netherlands’ new coalition cabinet has introduced budget cuts that hit students hard. From September 2014 undergraduate scholarships will be turned into loans for new students. The very popular free public transport pass will be scrapped in 2015. Students are outraged.
